Grace Senior Living of Douglasville Receives Perfect Score in Georgia Department of Community Health Inspection
Annual Survey by the Healthcare Facility Regulation Division Yields Highest Possible Rating
DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. (February 24, 2014) – Grace Senior Living of Douglasville has received a perfect score from the Georgia Department of Community Health, following an unannounced inspection by the department’s Healthcare Facility Regulation Division.
Based on the survey findings, no violations of the state’s Rules and Regulations for Personal Care Homes, Chapter 111-8-62, were cited at the 34-room licensed facility, representing the highest possible rating.
“The entire Grace Senior Living family, including our care staff and residents, is thrilled by the results of this deficiency-free survey. It affirms everything we do to at Grace to provide high-quality assisted living type services to our seniors and their loved ones,” said Jan Williams, administrator of Grace Senior Living.
The state inspection, which occurred on Nov. 12, 2013, rated many aspects of Grace Senior Living’s operations and care, including the skill of care staff, caliber of security, quality of food service, condition of the premises, and general happiness of residents.
“A perfect score on a state inspection is only possible with a dedicated team that partners with family members and loved ones to give our seniors the best care. I’m so proud of everyone for this great achievement,” Williams said.
